Hi Lara,

I'm glad that MS4W has helped you!  Please note that you mention the 
above version of MS4W, but it actually contains MapServer 7.6.0-dev

You can confirm this by opening a Command Window, and executing:

   cd c:/ms4w
   setenv.bat
   mapserv -v
