Yes, if I recall correctly, the syntax is exactly the same as GeoMoose 2, except with ";" instead of ":"

As below:
<layer title="Basemap" src="a_basemap/city;a_basemap/town;a_basemap/rivers;a_basemap/water" />

Hello,
Is there a way to combine multiple layers together in the legend?

At GeoMOOSE 2.x this could be done by adding a “:” between each layer such as:
<layer title="Rivers and Lakes" src="AllLayers/rivers:AllLayers/lakes" />

Thank You!
