[GeoMoose-users] visible changes relationship with dist folder

Hi, does anyone can explain me why only the records that are in "dist" folder makes the changes visible. 
If i made some modification to other js file nothing happens and i'm deleting cache. 
I'm using GeoMoose 3.9.0 and i download it from MS4W. Thank's in advance.
