[GeoNode-devel] new geoserver build server

Hi devs,
thanks to @afabiani we have a new geoserver build server and also bump it's
version to 2.7.

We would like to migrate the DNS to this new one then. If there are no
complains from the community we will proceed in the next days.
the new geoserver will be available at
http://build.geonode.org/geoserver/latest/geoserver.war as before

Note that this will only affect new installations in dev mode for now, not
the installations made via apt-get.
