[GeoNode-devel] GSConfig small pull request

Speaking with Andrea Aime and Simone Giannecchini (which I put in CC here)
we think that would be a good idea to move gsconfig to the GeoServer repo.
I will also volunteer as maintainer (with you of course).

The next steps would be to ask on the gs-devel list if the community agrees
with that too and ask the permission to proceed.

Any thoughts about that?
