[GeoNode-devel] Cant edit metadata topic categories

Hi,
On version 2.4 beta 25, in the admin interface, I cant add or delete
metadata topic categories.
Even if I uncheck *Is choice *on a category, the category still appears as
an option on the edit metadata page for maps/layers/documents.
Am not sure whether this is by design or a bug.
