[GeoNode-devel] [Incubator] MOTION: Accept GeoNode into incubation

In any case our criteria for entering incubation is "Project members are
aware of, and implements support for, relevant standards (ie. OGC, etc)."
so we this should not be an impediment for entering incubation.
