[GeoNode-devel] Icon manager application

Hey Paulo,

I have made an app and simple project that does much of this:

https://github.com/MapStory/icon-commons-site

There is no upload ATM however.

The site is running here: http://104.236.102.193

It has been loaded with icons from:
https://github.com/DOE-NEPA/NEPAnode-MapIcons/

The intention is for the app to be reusable in other contexts, such as
GeoNode.
