Hey Dave,

This repo has all the changes needed for the BW theme, you can install it
in your local environment using pip.

https://github.com/GeoNode/django-geoexplorer

Something like:

git clone https://github.com/GeoNode/django-geoexplorer
sudo pip install -e django-geoexplorer
