It looks like the Atom feed itself does not render correctly given we
have HTML embedded as part of the content.  This is because blogposts
are HTML as opposed to Markdown.

As a workaround I removed the jekyll-feed functionality and added a
manual feed generator which seems to fix most of the issues.
