[GeoNode-devel] Incubation / Transfer of Copyright to Osgeo / Contributor License Agreement

Just to chime in here, the osgeo contribution agreement has some
instructions in it about emailing the signed documents to the osgeo
secretary. If you can explain what docusign is I am sure osgeo can both pay
for it and would love to have an easier procedure for the secretary.

So not push back - more wondering if we can do things better.
