[GeoNode-devel] "Low Priority" Milestone

Folks,

Im starting to realize the absurdity of constantly moving "low
priority" issues from milestone to milestone when its clear that they
are edge case issues or things that no-one has time to work on because
they are not very critical.

With this in mind, Im going to go ahead and create a "Low Priority"
milestone and move issues like that there so we have a clearer picture
of what issues will actually get addressed with each milestone.

If anyone is -1 on this, please speak up now.
