As discussed during the recent GeoNode Summit, the primary mode of public
"chat" communication for the GeoNode community is Gitter (rather than
Slack, IRC, etc.).

Could someone more familiar with Gitter please replace the outdated links
to IRC on the website with applicable content linking to Gitter?  Thanks!
