[GeoNode-devel] [GeoNode-users] Changes to local_settings.py ignored [Windows, Apache]

How about instead of changing the method, someone just sit down and write
up the changes to the docs necessary. We have a management commands page in
the docs, its just horribly out of date. The easiest way to change that is
to just to edit the docs.
