[GeoNode-devel] Docker for development

Actually I realized that SITE_URL and GEOSERVER_PUBLIC_LOCATION are not properly set at the moment. I’m going to prepare a fix for this.
I did not get through best practices to manage geonode-project but I’m feeling that Ariel could help. Tomorrow is good for me.
