[GeoNode-devel] Why "initial_data" has been removed?

I can take care of creating a PR to fix this.

That initial data was very troublesome for migrations on downstream
projects. Loading things by default at the wrong time was causing circular
dependencies trouble in Django 1.8

I'll create a PR this weekend.
