[GeoNode-devel] Issue building GeoServer-GeoNode-ext due to missing geogig artifacts

Is it possible for us just go get rid of this GeoGit dependency by
default since it continues to cause so many problems. Perhaps we can
make a separate build that includes it, or let the folks that do use
it help maintain it. Its getting a bit frustrating to deal with this
every time we have to do a new build.
