[GeoNode-devel] ReferenceError: base_name is not defined

Hi devs

I am running a freshly cloned geonode from master, and for some reason
I cannot upload shapefiles.

The error I get it is:
ReferenceError: base_name is not defined

I believe this could be have introduced by this commit? (geogig by
default is not enabled)
