<div dir="ltr"><div><div><div>In the past, we have made use of extensions in GeoNode even if they were just community modules in GeoServer.<br><br></div>I agree with Simone, though, if we ever plan on getting to a vanilla geoserver we should try to move towards having important modules be accepted first in GeoServer and not enable them by default in our build.<br><br></div>I'll be more catious with the trigger in the future. Aside, the build is failing because community extensions are not<br>
deployed by the GeoServer nightly build (we only deploy releases).<br>

:) ) we should first proposed to make this a first class extension in<br>
GeoServer land<br>
so we have 100% guarantee that this extension will be maintained over time.<br>
