feature that you had added. Then, I think 2. and 3. from Agnès
makes a lot of sense, especially used in combination with "is
published" (to avoid cluttering) and/or something else that
allows to hide the resource when required.</div>

Download" feature.<br>
Basically, if a user is missing the "Download" permission
then she/he<br>
may request it.<br>
