<div dir="ltr"><div><b>Jemal Dagnew Mensur </b></div><div><b>Database Expert, IGAD</b></div><div><br></div><div>Currently I’m working as a Database Expert under the IDDRSI (IGAD Drought Disaster Resilience Sustainability Initiative ) for one of regional building block of Africa (Regional Economic Communities) called IGAD.
