Unfortunately</div><div class="">it appears RTD keeps track of old tags and preventing users to </div><div class="">wipe them out. </div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">As we had 2.8 tag in <a href="http://GitHub.com/geonode/geonode" class="">GitHub.com/geonode/geonode</a> [3], </div><div class="">RTD will rename our new branch to <b class="">2.8_a</b> to avoid conflicts. </div><div class="">You can see this behaviour in my test build [4]</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">To overcome this ugly naming I would suggest to use a fresh</div><div class="">build <a href="https://geonode-documentation.readthedocs.io/en/master/" class="">https://geonode-documentation.readthedocs.io/en/master/</a></div><div class="">and change the CNAME of <a href="http://docs.geonode.org" class="">docs.geonode.org</a> for pointing</div><div class="">to this new build.
