Hi Hugo, this is the correct notification app
https://github.com/GeoNode/geonode-notification.

Take a look at how the notifications are connected to the events,
https://github.com/GeoNode/geonode/blob/master/geonode/social/signals.py#L154,
here you can play a bit. We should have some more granular settings for it
however there is a big notifications refactor scheduled soon.
