[GeoNode-users] upgrade version

Hi Malena, the latest stable is still the 2.0.1. We are under beta testing
of the 2.4 but it does not have migrations yet so it's not easy(very very
hard) to upgrade.
The migrations will be available with the 2.4 stable though.
