[GeoNode-users] Connection refused error on map_detail.html template

Hi all,

I get a connection refused error when loading the map detail page in the
following section (on the if condition):

          <dl>{% if resource.layer_group %}
            <dt>{% trans "WMS layer group for local map layers" %}:</dt>
            <dd><em>{{ resource.layer_group.name }}</em> ({% trans "on" %}
<a href="{{ ows }}?service=WMS&request=GetCapabilities">{% trans "local
OWS" %}</a>)</dd>
            {% endif %}</dl>

All I did is upload a layer (not public) => add layer to new map and
publish => open map detail page => get connection refused error. What could
be the cause of this?
