Hi Miguel,
your error is something related to Windows I think. I see you are trying to
upload a Layer and not a document so the MAX_DOCUMENT_SIZE won't take
effect for you.
Unfortunately I have no knowledge of GeoNode installation on windows. Maybe
others developers have so I invite others to comment.
