[GeoNode-users] Changes to geo_header.html template does not take effect

Hi all,

I'm currently working on adding a feature editor to GeoExplorer inside
Geonode and came across this thread:

I tried adding the line "config.viewerTools.splice(8, 1);" to my
geonode_header.html but the Google Earth button is still in the toolbar. I
have also noticed that the config, when logged, still contains a "tools"
property but I kept being told that the object does not have such a
property when accessing it.

I'm using v2.4b22 for Debian pulled from git.
