[GeoNode-users] How to color inside a layer?

Hello community,

I was checking out the World Food Program GeoNode site (
http://geonode.wfp.org/) and they have things like this:

http://geonode.wfp.org/layers/geonode%3Awld_bnd_presence_wfp

It's colored and it has a custom legend. I checked out the link of Styling
Layers (
http://geonode.readthedocs.org/en/master/tutorials/users/maps/style.html)
and I get the basics but I only have managed to color the entire layers.

Mi question is: How do they color each section?
