[GeoNode-users] no thumbnail generated on document upload

Hi,

just want to report that for no obvious reason the thumbnails for 
document types aren't attached anymore after an upload. I can however, 
download the image and add it later as admin. It happened today for 
example for a pdf and for an xlsx. I am using GeoNode 2.0 on Ubuntu 14.04.

Any place where I should look for why this happens?
