[GeoNode-users] error executing python manage.py updatelayers

Hi,
I Installed from PPA in Ubuntu 14.04 following http://geonode.org/#install.
Everything works correctly but I cannot run the command "python manage.py updatelayers" so probably something is not set correctly.
In the geonode home there is no the file manage.py so I Tried to use the one in "/usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/django/conf/project_template/manage.py", is it correct?
But it doesn't work the same, I got this message:

ImportError: Could not import settings '{{ project_name }}.settings' (Is it on sys.path? Is there an import error in the settings file?): No module named {{ project_name }}.settings


What can I do to solve the problem?
