[GeoNode-users] UnicodeEncodeError at /layers/upload 'ascii' codec can't encode character

Hi devs good day (or night in my case).

I'm having troubles uploading a shape file, I clone
the 2.4.x branch from github and I was testing the code.

I don't understand what happen, when I use a sqlite3
database it uploads, but when I change to postgresql
I get this error, maybe I'm doing something wrong.

I attach the error, the shape file and my local_settings.
