[GeoNode-users] UnicodeEncodeError at /layers/upload 'ascii' codec can't encode character

I think in this case it is the database encoding the one that need to
be changed.
Israel, can you check if the output to this command is utf-8?

psql my_database -c 'SHOW SERVER_ENCODING'
