[GeoNode-users] Using geonode-updateip when installing from source

Hi,

you can run manually the steps that geonode-updateip does.In particular
once you setup the new url in setting you can run these commands as pyhton
manage.py command
https://github.com/GeoNode/geonode/blob/master/package/support/geonode.updateip#L115.
