[GeoNode-users] Layers fail to load

I cannot see any of my layers - the images show pink squares over the base
map.
Thumbnails in the explore layers view also do not appear.

The error message on the console reads (for layer explorer view)

   Failed to load resource: net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

The address 127.0.0.1 is in my local_settings.py file. I am accessing the
site at 192.168.0.3

Can you help?
