[GeoNode-users] Styles not stylin'

Hi
I am not familiar with the installation from package in Ubuntu but one
of the possible things that could take to the behavior you are
describing it is if you changed the default password for the geoserver
administrative user. Styles are changed from GeoNode using that user
and calling the GeoServer REST API.
In such a case you need to change it accordingly in this location (or
even better with a local settings file):
