[GeoNode-users] Enabling INSPIRE metadata

Hello,

I need to enable INSPIRE compliant metadata format in my Geonode (version
2.0) but I can't find the pycsw configuration section in my settings.py,
that looks very different comparing to this:

https://github.com/GeoNode/geonode/blob/2.0.x/geonode/settings.py#L461

Even in local_settings.py the Pycsw configuration section is not reported.
I installed Geonode using APT on Ubuntu 12.04. Maybe the problem is this?
