[GeoNode-users] Edit layer no CATALOG

[Liyuneh Gebre]

on Edit layer the catalog is not activated shown in the attached png   and
to update the other info
it returns "Category is required"
centos 7 geoserver 2.8.5 geonode 2.5.4

P.S still the creating map returns 404
