[GeoNode-users] Development install and vagrant config.

Thank you, I was able to resolve it with the following modifications to the
standard instructions:
1. Set SITEURL to "http://localhost"
2. Set ALLOWED_HOST = [‘*’]
2. added three port forwarding rules to the vagrant file:
config.vm.network "forwarded_port", guest: 80, host: 1234
config.vm.network "forwarded_port", guest: 8000, host: 1235
config.vm.network "forwarded_port", guest: 8080, host: 1236
3. started the server with python manage.py runserver 0.0.0.0:1234
Now from my host "localhost:1234" returns geonode.
