 tried adding the line "config.viewerTools.splice(8, 1);" to my 
geonode_header.html but the Google Earth button is still in the toolbar.
 I have also noticed that the config, when logged, still contains a 
"tools" property but I kept being told that the object does not have 
such a property when accessing it.<br><br></div>I'm using v2.4b22 for Debian pulled from git.</div>
