Permission "maps | map | can add map" has never been granted to a
user or a group.<br>
I left the default permissions with Django permission system having
chosen them only during the layer upload or when creating maps from
the page form.<br>
However, the permissions appear to be ok.<br>
it seems that the creation of new maps make all layers public (i am
testing it with a test user).<br>
have I just to remove the button create map?<br>

published version on the web there is
no such notice. What could be related?<br>
