I created a new db in postgres on geonode server with postgis extension.
We manipulate a layer stored in that db from our local qgis istance using the plugin DB manager for a remote connection.
If I add new store, postgis (sorry for spatialite), directly from geoserver and then I create a map in geonode adding that layer I receive that error.
thanks in advance

Hi you should use Geonode to load data. Or run the updatelayers commands after you loaded in geoserver.
