that means you have gdal-bin on your system. To know if you have also<br>
the Python bindings try running: pip freeze | grep -i gdal and you<br>
should see a line with something like pygdal==1.11.3.3<br>

In case they are not there, install the ones needed by your GDAL version.<br>
