There was some time ago a discussion on a functionality a to join geographical files and csv files. I think Assefay is referring to having the csv become a Layer. Kind of like:<br>

it depends what type of CSV. That is, you mean a file with point coordinates to display it as in a map, or just a spread sheet, as an xls so people can download?The latter is no problem, but a "geographical CSV" is.<br>
