using standard tools like xsltproc (offline) or mod_transform in Apache."

Can some of the server-side XSLT be done on "pure" Apache (as opposed to
PHP xslt processor) for GeoPrisma ?  One thing this could be useful for
is if we need to stuff in some organization css files on the way out.
