[Geoprisma-dev] Proxy capabilities

Hi,

For the AddLayers widget we are developping, I need to get the list of 
resources not included by a workspace. I can that easily by adding a 
kind of GetCapabilities functionality to the Proxy. It would be a kind 
of request that would return all the Resources available by Proxy.

What are others take on that? Do you think it should be in a Widget Service?
