[Geoprisma-dev] XMLConfig 'reload' method

Hi devs,

   I'm not sure I quite understand the use of the 'reload' method 
defined inside XMLConfig.php.  What is it used for ?  When should it be 
used ?  Should it be implemented for the PGSQLMapContextConfig driver as 
well ?
