[Geoprisma-dev] Updated samples on GP website missing includes

Thanks Yves for your time.

So this is as I suspected, there is something wrong when using a windows 
platform.  I attached here what the demo should look like.  I'll attach 
in the next message the code source of the footer that is supposed to be 
added to the template as well.

Any hint ?
