[Geoprisma-dev] GP PDF docs

Hi All,

Anybody tried `make latex` and then `make all-pdf` ?  I can't find the 
solution to :

! LaTeX Error: Unknown graphics extension: .bmp.

So I get a full PDF of the documentation but without graphics (and 
without a table of contents).

I've installed texlive-latex-base, then texlive-latex-extra and then 
texlive-full, but I keep getting the error.  On Ubuntu 9.04 (for now ...)
