Hi,

Yes the CRS/SRS is a difference between 1.3 and 1.1. I think we'll need 
to add a datastore option to specify the WMS version. There's other 
differences as well, like the GetFeatureInfo that needs i,j instead of x,y.

Let us know if you have a plan of action on that one.
