[Geoprisma-dev] TileCache direct cache access now supported

Hi,

   Some of you might be interested in this new fix [1] in GeoPrisma.  
The use of the new service option "staticCache" (when set to true) in a 
<tilecache> service make GeoPrisma-Client create 
OpenLayers.Layer.TileCache layers instead of WMS, making the requests 
access the web cache directly.

   When using it :

   * You need to set the according <source> parameter of the service to 
the web cache.
   * Beware of the "format" layer option.  It must be the same as the 
image type of your cache.
   * Don't forget to seed your cache first
